College Counselor Support for the College Application Process

Applying for college and preparing to leave high school behind is a difficult process for seniors and their parents, and we understand that there will be questions and concerns along the way. As our Viking Seniors work through their college application process, they will have counselor support each step of the way. Whether they’re still deciding where to apply, drafting and revising admissions essays, applying for financial aid, or submitting an academic profile to the NCAA Clearinghouse, our students will have the on-campus support they need to make it happen.

The college application process is an exercise in project management. Your ability to complete it successfully is one important indication of your college readiness. Understand the timeline, stay organized, and you’ll be fine. In fact, you’ll be more than fine. You’ll be empowered, and will be the architect of your own future. This is your future and your choice, within the financial parameters set by your parents. Your St. Bernard’s College Guidance Team is here to help you with your choices, and we’ll ask your parents to be involved from the back seat, supporting you in the ways you tell them are most helpful to you.

If you have questions or concerns, feel feee to contact us at any time.
