Curriculum and Instruction

At St. Bernard High School, we know students learn in different ways; through differentiated instruction and technology, we meet our students where they are in their learning. We also use blended learning methods such as Google Classroom, Google Apps for Education, Kahoot!, Quizlet, and Khan Academy to supplement the academic experience. With the support of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, we equip our teachers with core instructional practices and teacher mentorship for academic excellence. Small class sizes allow for a distinct learning environment yielding to the ideals of community, responsibility, and knowledge. In addition, as a member of LMU Family of Schools, we have access to on campus tutors to further aid student development.
